National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET 2021) is one of the most demanding entrance examinations for the students willing to excel in their field in the undergraduate MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery) and BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) courses.



The NEET 2024 exam is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) is an all-India entrance exam conducted for the students who want to study graduate and postgraduate courses in medical (MBBS), dental (BDS), MD/MS respectively in different medical and dental colleges in India. For the UG NEET, BDS, and MBBS courses, the examination will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

NEET 2024 Exam Dates

Aspirants have to download the application form from the website and have to fill it accordingly. NEET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To appear in the NEET 2021 exam, there are certain eligibility criteria and students who meet with the NEET 2024 eligibility criteria will be able to apply for the NEET ug 2021 examination. In the below points all like educational qualifications, eligibility criteria age, etc.


  • Students should be a citizen of India and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)

  • It is compulsory to attain the age of 17 years at the time of admission or on or before 31st December 2020.

  • The maximum age limit for the general category candidates is 25 and for the reserved category candidates, it's 30 years.

  • The qualification to apply for the neet ug 2024 exam is that students have to pass the 12th standard with science stream with Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology/Biology, and English.
  • General category students have to secure 50% marks in PCB, 45% for PH general category candidates, and 40% for OBC, ST, and SC candidates.

Aspirants who want to apply for the neet exam have to first fill the NEET 2021 application form with valid and authentic details. The application forms will be available on the official website and neet 2021 students have to download and fill it with the details.

Payment Details

  • Candidates can make the payment through net banking/debit card/credit card, etc. from Syndicate bank, HDFC bank, ICICI Bank, and State Bank of India and through e-wallet of Common Services Center.

  • If a student wants to pay through an e challan, then they have to deposit a fee in Syndicate bank, HDFC bank, ICICI Bank, and State Bank of India and generate the e challan.

Correction process in the Application Form (if made any)

While filling the online application form, it is very important to check twice before submitting it. If you make any mistake, the authority will not accept the application form. So, for correction of the mistake, candidates have to correct it before a period of time.

  2. Log in with your user id and password by clicking the Candidate login option

  3. Now you can make the correction where necessary.

  4. But, while making the correction, please check twice because after making this correction, you will not get another chance to correct the same.

Few Important Points to Remember during the neet exam
  1. Candidates have to bring the admit card, without which no candidates will be allowed to appear in the examination, postcard size photograph, cardboard, ball pen, etc. to the examination center.

NEET 2024 Counselling Process

After the declaration of the result, candidates will be able to know their score and whether they are qualified for the counseling process or not. Find the procedure below:


  1. Firstly, candidates have to register themselves to participate in the counseling session. After completing the registration process, you will be given a User Id and password in your registered mobile number and Email ID. Change the password of your own and keep it for further use. Without registration, candidates will not be allowed to seat in the counseling session.

  2. In the second step, candidates have to fill and lock their choices. Candidates can give up to three preferences for the colleges of their choice. After selecting the names of the colleges, candidates have to lock the choices. It is compulsory to lock the seats.

  3. After the completion of the choice filling process, college allotment notifications will be given to the candidates through mail or a message on their registered mobile number. Candidates will get the seat allotment in the colleges according to the marks secured or rank in the NEET 2021 examination and of course according to the availability of seats.

  4. The fourth step is that candidates will have to report at the assigned and allotted medical and dental colleges. At this stage, candidates have to pay the admission fee and book their seats and confirm it.
